Fellowship Baptist Church is Christ centered and Bible based. We believe the Bible is God's infallible Word, and that it holds for us the key to a successful and satisfying life. We seek to teach and preach the Bible in a manner that its principles can be applied to our daily living.

Our Congregation . . .

Fellowship Baptist Church was started in 1950, and formally organized as a church in November 1952. We have about 100 members, with a diversity in age and interests. We have several fellowship groups which give opportunity for everyone to meet and fellowship with other Christians.

Our Pastor . . .

M. Lee Taylor has been the Pastor of Fellowship Baptist Church since 1978.  He graduated from Bible college in 1975 and has attended 2 graduate schools over the years.  In 2008 he was granted an honorary doctor of diviinty degree from Indiana Baptist College.  He and his wife, Kathy, have three married sons and seven grandchildren.  The oldest son, is an assistant pastor in Tennessee, the second completed his master’s degree in Church History, and serves the Lord at  Fellowship Baptist Church.  The youngest son teaches at the Christian school of Harvest Baptist Church in Barrigada, Guam.  Brother Taylor sincerely desires to be a blessing to you and he would welcome the opportunity to meet you and help you in your relationship with the Lord Jesus Christ.

Our Ministry . . .

Fellowship Baptist Church has multiple ministries, including:

• A departmentalized Sunday School with classes for all, from Cradle Roll through Adult.
• Several Children's ministries including:
     -  Kabin Kids for preschool and kindergarten children
     -  Patch the Pirate club for children in grades 1-6
     -  Summer Vacation Bible School
      - Children's Church ministries
• A Nursery (from birth to two years) at every service.
• Walk-in-the-Light, an active Youth ministry for those in seventh grade through high school.
• Bible Study and service opportunities.
• A world wide missionary outreach through the thirteen missionary families that we help to support.

At Fellowship, our worship is still in line with that of the “old time religion” rather than the contemporary style to which many churches have changed.   We still use the “old style” hymns and gospel music in our congregational singing, in the choir and in the special music.  We believe this music is Christ honoring and that which best speaks to the hearts of God's people.  This music is distinct from the music of our popular culture.  We still use the King James Version of the Bible in our preaching and teaching ministries.  This Bible has been blessed of God for nearly 400 years.  We believe it to be the most accurate translation from the best texts, and is the divinely preserved Word of God.
